Shipping Information

UPS 2nd Day Air is delivered on the second "Business Day" after the order ships. Saturday, Sunday and shipper observed holidays are not "Business Days."

UPS Next Day Air is delivered on the next "Business Day" after the order ships.

All orders must be placed before 1:00 p.m. EST to be shipped the same day Monday through Friday. All orders placed after 1 p.m. on Fridays, on Saturdays and Sundays will be shipped on the following Monday; if Monday is a holiday, the orders will ship on the next business day.

UPS Saturday Delivery is only available from Thursday at 2:00 p.m. EST to Friday at 1:59:59 p.m. EST.

After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, UPS will return your package to D’Crossier Cigars facilities. All return freight charges will be passed on to the purchaser.

All shipments Free on Board (FOB) Miami, FL. Risk of loss is on the purchaser during transport and shipment.

Shipping terms and other liabilities

These terms apply to all shipments, Free on Board at Miami FL. The risk of loss is upon the Purchaser during transportation and shipment. The title to, and ownership of all merchandise passes from Seller to the Purchaser in Miami, Florida, and the Purchaser takes all responsibility for the ordered shipment.

By arranging for transportation of the merchandize, the seller is providing a service on behalf of the Purchaser. By utilizing this service, the Purchaser is representing that he/she is acting in a fashion compliant with his/her local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation, and delivery of the merchandise.

The Purchaser represents that, he/she is of lawful age and has obtained any required permission, paid any required fees, is working through properly licensed intermediaries where required, is legally entitled to take possession of the goods and is legally entitled to take quantities ordered.

Shipping Charges

Charges are as follows for all Internet orders.

UPS Free ground for orders with a minimum purchase of $500.00

All other UPS shipping rates will be display at the time of checkout

Orders received by 1pm EST (Monday through Saturday) are shipped the same day.

Certain items, such as oversized merchandise and other shipments may require additional shipping charges. Any such charges will be noted on your checkout page before your checkout is complete

Product Availability: Availability is our strength and we strive to deliver one hundred percent of the time a completed, on-time order. From the moment we receive your order we will keep you informed via e-mail or telephone if there are any changes in price, availability or possible back ordered status

Tracking your D’Crossier Cigars order is easy! Simply click on the tracking my order links under the My Accounts area to interface your order# with your tracking #, or vice versa, for the status of your D’Crossier Cigars shipment.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are not complicated. If you are not completely satisfied with your D’Crossier Cigars purchase, you can return the item to our facilities within 30 days of receipt for a prompt exchange, credit, or refund. Before returning the item, please contact customer service or call 1-888-252-3995 and let us know what and why you are returning the item and a Return Merchandise Authorization Number will be issued. It is important that you make note of this number to include with any returns. Please fill out our Return Form and attached it to a copy of your invoice.

How the return policy works

For cigars purchased by the box: If you smoke one cigar and wish to return the remainder, you will receive full credit for the purchased box, less shipping charges. If you smoke more than one cigar, a pro-rata credit will be applied to your purchased cigars, less shipping charges. Please keep the original packaging and any accessories to return with the purchased item. If you fail to return your purchased items within the given time frame (30 Days) or without RAM# and our Return Form we may deny a full credit of your purchased items.
