Will I be able to cancel or change my order?

Yes! Once your online order has been submitted, you will be able to change it, simply by contacting our Customer Service Department. Typically, we cancel the order so you can resubmit it with any changes. Or, if you prefer, we can place the order for you.

How do I setup an online account?

It’s simple! Place whatever you wish to buy within your shopping cart and when you are ready to check out, you will be prompted to do so as an "Existing Customer" or as a "New Customer." Please follow these 3 steps:

Add items to your cart

Browse our collections by clicking on the appropriate section (D’Crossier Cigars and samplers Collections, Accessories,ect )and if you find something you like, Simply click on the   button to add it to your cart.

Review Cart

Review your cart to make sure all the items you wish to purchase are in it, and when you finish your purchase simply press to proceed to checkout.

Checkout

At checkout, you will be asked to "Sign In” or “Create Account". If you have not ordered online before, click "Create Account" and enter your information in the online form. It will take just a minute to create your own password-protected account, to save time when placing future orders.

Are the State and Federal tobacco excise taxes built into the price of the products you sell?

We are only licensed to sell tobacco products in the State of Florida. That is why we are obligated to add the tax rate of 7% on any purchased amount, which will show on your invoice. Purchasers living on any other state are 100% responsible for paying the taxes due to their home state.

Do you sell cigars outside the United States of America?

Yes, we do ship cigars to any part of the world, however the purchaser is responsible for shipping costs at international UPS rates. Promos, such as free ground shipping, will not apply for international shipments. Purchasers may be responsible for other costs including customs clearances and any taxes applied at the final destination of the purchased products.Follow this link to utilize these international shipping methods, in which we do strongly recommend, international shipping

How can I best maintain my products? Am I responsible for product care?

The customer is responsible for appropriate storage to preserve the quality of the products. You can do so by ensuring that all products are stored in an environment with a constant temperature of 70 degree Fahrenheit and a relative humidity of 70%. Check periodically to prevent dryness, and service your humidor approximately every three weeks to maintain optimal performance.  

Transportation Damage

All claims for transportation damages shall be presented by the customer against the carrier directly.

What is the origin of the products you offer?

We offer a diverse line of handmade premium cigars manufactured in Costa Rica. Our carefully handcrafted, experienced cigar rollers use only traditional procedures. The premium tobacco is aged for the very best results and it originates from the countries of Dominican Republic, Ecuador and the premium tobacco grown in Costa Rica.

When should I expect my order?

In stock orders that are received by 1 pm Eastern Time are processed for same day shipping from our warehouse in Miami, Florida. For standard shipping, please allow 2 to 8 business days from date of shipment (not including weekends or holidays.)

For expedited shipping requests, especially for customers who live in the West Coast and Northwest regions of the USA, we do offer 2nd day air express and overnight options at an additional charge.

Our inventory is updated every two days. If an item is not immediately available, it will be marked as out of stock on our site. For urgent and extremely time sensitive requests, please call or email to ensure availability before submitting your order, as certain items marked in stock can sometimes sell out during the day.
